Field G2 is obtained by completing Field G1 in Gemcraft Chapter 2 on Looming difficulty. To open the tome chamber on this field, you must kill 790 monsters within a range of 7. The guaranteed gem types available for this field include Mana Leeching, Poolbound and Bloodbound. There are 40 waves on this field and one achievement exclusive to it.
